Qwizz Books is a UK-based company that produces and sells quiz books and related products through our website www.qwizzbooks.com (“the Site”).
All orders placed through this Site are governed by these Terms.

2. Using Our Website

  • Use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm or disrupt others’ use of the site.

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian to make a purchase.

  • Ensure that the information you provide (such as your email, address, and payment details) is accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we believe information provided is inaccurate or fraudulent.

3. Production Information

We aim to describe and photograph our books as accurately as possible.
However, small variations in colour, layout, or design may occur due to printing or screen display differences.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we’ve received it. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order — a binding contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline an order if:

  • Payment is not authorised,

  • The item is unavailable, or

  • We identify an error in pricing or product information.

5. Prices and Payment

  • All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected by later changes.

6. Delivery

We offer two delivery options within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 2nd Class, typically arriving within 3–5 working days

  • Premium Delivery: Royal Mail 1st Class, typically arriving within 1–2 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, seasonal demand, or circumstances beyond our control.
Orders containing three or more products may be shipped in separate packages or boxes. We are not responsible for any variation in delivery times once items have been dispatched. There is no additional cost for orders containing three or more products.

If your order does not arrive within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us for assistance.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

7. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • You can request a return within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund.

  • Return requests must be submitted via our Return Request Form within 30 days of purchase; requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

  • A full refund will be issued once the book has been received and verified to be in its original condition.

  • Books must be returned in the same condition they were received — undamaged, unmarked, and securely packaged (the original wrapping is not required).

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 working days once your return has been approved and received.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges; if you’d like to swap your item for another title, please request a refund first and then place a new order.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, images, logos, designs, quiz content, and other material on this website are the property of Qwizz Books or our licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website or books without written permission from us.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Qwizz Books is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays, damage, or loss once items are in the possession of Royal Mail.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

All data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
