At Qwizz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of purchase to recieve a full refund. 

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase using the 'Return Request Form' below. Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.
• Books must be returned in the same condition they were received — undamaged, unmarked, and securely packaged. The original wrapping around the book is not required.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. A full refund will be issued once the book has been received and verified to be in its original condition.
